They talk about Luke's debate story (NCFCA and then captain of Grove City College's debate team), and move into a discussion of urbanization, city planning, and the way pros and cons of rapid urban growth. Luke offers suggestions for research, and mentions several seminal works in the field of Urban Planning.They briefly discuss African population patterns, and close with suggestions of Pro and Con strategy.
